What is the billing cycle?
So you're now a member of the tribe, congrats and thank you! Within 24 hours of subscribing, your card is automatically charged for the first membership T-shirt that will be shipped the following month. But don't worry, we're sending you a FREE logo T-shirt now so you have something to wear or give right away. Starting next month, recurring charges will occur on the 28th of every month.
Can I have more than one PREPAID subscription in my cart at a time?
If the T-shirts are going to the same household and the same size, you can prepay for them in one order, yes. However, you can only prepay one subscription at a time when you check out if the T-shirts are different sizes. We understand it is not convenient for you to have to check out and then come back to order again so we are working diligently with our web developers to provide a better customer service option for you. Thank you for your patience as we continue to strive for optimal satisfaction with your user experience.
Can I send a gift subscription?
Yes, Thread Vibez makes a great gift! Simply add the recipient's name, email and shipping address when you're checking out. We will then bill your card and send the gift subscription to the cool kid(s) in your life.
If I have two kids and order two subscriptions, will my kids receive the same shirt? The short answer is yes. As our tribe grows, we will be able to send a variety of surprise shirts each month thus ensuring siblings in one household will not receive the same design. For now, the more people wearing the Thread Vibez original first designs are showing unity and the brand will take off in no time!
If I submitted a design idea how will I know if I am chosen?
If your idea is chosen we will contact you with our terms and usage policy.
What does the message/design on my T-shirt mean?
Because we promote open-mindedness, we are accepting design influences from kids across the country. In essence, members are introducing each other to hip and cool sayings in their part of the world. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to learn more from the kids themselves.
Your subscription for 3-months or 6-months of Thread Vibez T-shirts cannot be cancelled within those time periods. If you would like to cancel the 1-year membership, you can do so after 6 months have passed.
Sometimes you need to exchange a product because life happens, we understand and are here to work with you to guarantee 100% satisfaction. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for defective shirts and we will issue you a prepaid shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once the new item is shipped out.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping is included with membership pricing. Orders are shipped the third week of every month. Return shipping fees will be covered for defective items. If you need to exchange for an alternative size, you pay the shipping cost so be sure to keep your size up-to-date on the site. Email us at email@example.com for sizing issues.
With a Prepaid Label
After you email firstname.lastname@example.org for a defective shirt, we will at that point send you a shipping label for you to carefully package your Thread Vibez t-shirt for safe arrival. Upon receiving the shirt, Thread Vibez will ship the recipient a new one.
